This policy explains what Scry collects and how we use it.
We collect the answers you give to the in-app questions, and a random identifier stored on your device so we can remember your sign and your past readings. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and subscription status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
We use this information to generate and personalize your readings, to run and improve the service, to manage your subscription, and to contact you about your account or the service.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers we use to run Scry, such as Stripe for payments and our hosting and AI infrastructure, and only as needed to operate the service or where required by law.
We keep your information while your account is active. You can ask what we hold or request deletion by emailing support@swordlabs.org, and you can stop future billing at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Scry is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
